Operation Supervisor or upper (urgent)

• Bachelor degree or above
• Have more than 2 years of working experience in accounting positions in the financial industry, and be proficient in financial accounting related knowledge and skills;
• Familiar with Cambodian finance and tax-related laws and regulations, and able to skillfully use financial software
• Have certain administrative management experience and be proficient in using Office series office software
• Applicants with experience in Cambodian banking industry will be given priority;
• Proficient in Chinese and English, Khmer languages.

Job Requirements

• According to Authorization policy, responsible for handling cash receipts and payments within Authorization scope, and authorized by upper management;
• Responsible for accounting of relevant transaction vouchers;
• At the end of each day's business, and ensure balance of accounts and cash, which are settled on the same day.
• Do a good job inreception at operation counter, be warm and courteous to customers, be patient and thoughtful;
• Assist sales staff to organize relevant transaction information;
• At the end of each day's business, print the bank's teller voucher and its list, and daily settlement report for that day. After verification by operation supervisor, operationdepartment's voucher for the day will be sorted and submitted to the accounting department for signature;
• Do a good job in “anti-money laundering” and reporting large-amount transactions;
• Responsible for managing customer transactions, checks and other transaction vouchers, and submitting customer statements, vouchers, etc. on time at the beginning of each month.
• Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.
