Risk Manager (urgent)

• Bachelor's degree or above in economics, business administration a similar discipline
• Have more than 3 years of working experience with the Risk department in the Banking Industry
• Prior experience as a risk manager or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of risk management principles
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Applicants with experience in the Cambodian banking industry will be given priority
• English communication in verbal and written; Chinese is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preliminary review of the risk identification of the entire bank's business, control of the key links and risk points of the credit business, and conducting compliance review of the relevant procedures in the process of handling the credit business;
• For major credit projects, work closely with customer relations managers, participate in pre-loan surveys, conduct risk analysis and evaluation of credit projects, issue credit project risk evaluation reports, and be responsible for the objectivity and professionalism of credit risk analysis and evaluation.
• Responsible for risk control during the credit issuance process. Through the verification of the implementation of credit conditions and control of the risk of credit issuance.
• Organize participation, supervise, and inspect credit management activities such as post-credit management, credit asset risk classification, etc.
• professional advice on policy system risk, industry risk, regional risk, product risk, etc. for credit business.
