职位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in HR, finance, or administration (preferably in banking or financial services).
  • Knowledge of HR and finance software systems.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to complete work and meet deadlines.


Job Responsibilities

1. Administrative:

  • Oversee general office administration, branch security, and facility management.
  • Maintain documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence related to branch operations.
  • Ensure the availability of office supplies, equipment, and utilities.
  • Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and service providers as needed.
  • Handle administrative support for audits, inspections, and compliance checks.


2. Finance & Accounts:

  • Assist in branch financial transactions, fund management, and expense tracking.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts, cash flow management, and petty cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to financial statements, budgets, and operational expenses.
