- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in HR, finance, or administration (preferably in banking or financial services).
- Knowledge of HR and finance software systems.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to complete work and meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
1. Administrative:
- Oversee general office administration, branch security, and facility management.
- Maintain documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence related to branch operations.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies, equipment, and utilities.
- Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Handle administrative support for audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
2. Finance & Accounts:
- Assist in branch financial transactions, fund management, and expense tracking.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts, cash flow management, and petty cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports related to financial statements, budgets, and operational expenses.
