1. Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, banking & Finance or related field;
2. Work Experience, Key Skills & Competencies:
• Familiar with operation process of banks’ salary management, at least 2 years of experience in bank salary and work performance (KPI) management, able to implement and maintain the operation of the salary management system well, make reasonable suggestions for improvement and promote implementation;
• Familiar with relevant employment regulations and policies, labor cost analysis and other tools and methods; proficient in using office software, especially EXCEL, and good at data analysis;
• Training & Development – Experience in organizing employee training programs and performance evaluations is a plus.
• Be honest, loyal and trustworthy, work rigorously, maintain confidentiality, and have good communication and coordination skills;
• Proficient in Chinese, English and Khmer languages.
Job Purpose
The Purpose is to design, implement, and manage the organization’s key performance indicator (KPI) framework and remuneration structures, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, fair and competitive compensation practices, and regulatory compliance. The role supports management in driving performance, rewarding achievement, and fostering a culture of accountability through data-driven analysis and clear performance metrics.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the bank's performance system, standardizing various performance management processes; organizing and implementing performance appraisals and result feedback;
• Collect performance appraisal indicators for positions in various departments, determine performance appraisal indicators, regularly organize and assist each department to carry out performance appraisal work, calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance appraisal results, and make work plans and summaries;
• Organize, summarize, collect statistics, and analyze performance appraisal data, establish employee performance appraisal files, and provide performance data support in a timely manner;
• Analyze various salary data reports, provide reasonable suggestions through labor cost analysis, and improve the value output of human resources;
