职位要求

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related fields.

2. Work Experience, Key Skills & Competencies:

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or creative roles (banking or fintech preferred), with at least 2 years in a management role.

• Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple initiatives.

• Creative mindset with structured and result-oriented execution.

• Ability to work under deadlines and within a regulated environment.

• Good command of Khmer & English. Chinese is a plus.


Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and leading all digital and offline marketing, branding, and creative initiatives for Digital Banking products and services. The position combines digital marketing, creative design, video and content leadership, and branding ownership to enhance Digital Banking perception, adoption, and business growth. The role also leads initiative proposal, presentation, and implementation in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Branding

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for Digital Banking products and services.

• Manage Digital Banking brand image and ensure consistent branding across all online and offline channels.

• Drive customer awareness, engagement, and usage through integrated marketing campaigns.

2. Creative, Content & Video Management

• Oversee creative design, content creation, and video production for marketing campaigns.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, business objectives, and compliance requirements.

• Manage social media, digital content, and offline marketing materials.

3. Initiative Proposal & Implementation

• Proactively propose new marketing and branding initiatives to support Digital Banking growth.

• Prepare initiative proposals including objectives, scope, timeline, and expected outcomes.

• Present proposals to Management and relevant stakeholders.

• Lead implementation of approved initiatives and monitor progress until completion.

4. Leadership & Cross-Department Coordination

• Lead and supervise digital marketing, creative, and content team members.

• Coordinate with Product, IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Branch teams for aligned execution.

• Take ownership of projects from planning to delivery.

5. Performance Monitoring

• Track campaign performance and branding effectiveness.

• Prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
