职位要求

  • Strong understanding and deep knowledge in compliance Management;
  • At least holding Bachelor degree in business, banking and finance, law or related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experiences and at least 2-year experiences in the Regulatory Compliance Function
  • Must have deep knowledge related to the laws and regulations on banking and financial institutions
  • Ability to perform Regulatory compliance check, reporting and make the corrective recommendation to Business Unit;
  • Good at English (Chinese is preferable);
  • Ability to work cross-functional;
  • Ability to organize and work under pressures.


岗位职责

  • Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Prudential Monitoring: Review and testing on the prudential ratios to ensure the threshold is met the requirements of the regulations.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring: Regularly monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations. Conduct testing and spot checks as needed.
  • Training: Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees to raise awareness and ensure understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Supporting Staff: Assist the Regulatory Compliance Unit and AML Compliance Unit on all related tasks.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports to Head of Compliance, highlighting any potential compliance risks, incidents, or issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., Legal, Internal Audit, Risk Management) to ensure that compliance risks are managed effectively.
  • Other Tasks: Execute other tasks assigned by Head of Compliance Department
